Semat Approved As a NATO Supplier

Semat Oy has been granted an international identifier, the NCAGE code, which confirms the company’s status as an approved supplier for the use of NATO and its member states.

Semat’s registration in NATO’s supplier register is significant because it enables Semat’s participation in NATO’s procurement systems and more broadly in international defence projects and strengthens existing defence sector cooperation.

What Does the NCAGE Code Mean?

The NCAGE code (NATO Commercial and Government Entity Code) is a five-digit identifier that is assigned to suppliers and consumers of goods or services in NATO countries. The code is used to identify and administer organizations that supply products or services to NATO or its member countries.

The Code is a prerequisite for participation in defence-related procurement and cooperation, and opens up opportunities to deliver products and services to NATO and its member countries. Semat’s NCAGE code is A0FLG.
