Conducting research of the current state of project operations is a crucial step in defining company’s development needs. At Produal, the current state of project operations was assessed through a web survey sent to employees and interviews with key personnel selected by Produal. The web survey provided general information about the strengths and challenges of project operations from the employees’ perspective. The interviews with key personnel provided a deeper understanding of project operations within the company.
